    Sturbridge Yoga is an independently owned and operated yoga facility. We offer classes and workshops for students of all ages and ability levels. Our philosophy is that all people and all bodies are different. We accept you for who you are and meet you “where you are at” while providing support and guidance for continued growth in your practice. Our goal is to guide all of our students in experiencing the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga.

  • Power Yoga:
    Vinyasa style flow class for students seeking an intense, athletic practice. Beginners are welcome.
    Gentle Yoga:
    Relax, renew, rejuvenate. Class combines gentle yoga, meditation and breath work. Suitable for all levels of yoga and fitness.
    Yoga Foundations:
    Designed not just for newcomers but for those desiring a class that focuses on form and alignment in foundational poses. Moderate flow practice.
    Yogilates:
    Blended 50/50 class which includes elements of both Yoga and Pilates. All levels welcome.
    Hot Yoga:
    Vinyasa style flow class in a heated room (85 degrees). Hot yoga assists with detoxification and improved flexibility. Open to all.

  • Laura Pucci, RYT:
    Laura founded Sturbridge Yoga in 2009. A corporate executive by day, Laura’s yoga journey and teaching have been her sanctuary and a vehicle for creating peace and balance in her life. She is honored to have the opportunity to share that experience and the many benefits of yoga with others. Laura’s Power Yoga class has been largely influenced by her time spent at West Hartford Yoga, where she received her 200 hour yoga training certification.

    Kathleen Windward, RYT:
    Kathleen began teaching at Sturbridge Yoga in January 2013. She received her 200-hour yoga teaching certification from The Yoga Shop in East Windsor, CT and has also trained in Transcendental Meditation at the Maharishi Ayurveda Health Center in Lancaster, MA. Kathleen has maintained a consistent Bikram practice for 11 years and is also a certified personal trainer.
